Terms of Service
Drawings may take 2-3 days to be finished depending on complexity and frequency of customer's replies
50% of the amount is due upon approval of the sketch.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the drawing.
Payment must be made in US DOLLARS (USD)
The product will be delivered digitally to ensure the highest possible quality.
Delivery will be done via email, and it is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address.
After delivery of the file, the seller will not be responsible for any loss of the product, including storage failures on the customer's part.
The customer is entitled to a reasonable amount of minor edits after the artwork is completed. Examples of minor changes include adjustments to eye color or small details.
Significant changes or major revisions may be subject to additional fees.
The customer may request a full refund if the order has not progressed within 2 DAYS after payment.
If the work is not completed within 5 DAYS, the customer may request a refund.
The seller has the right to cancel and refund any order at any time, if necessary.
The purchased products cannot be used for commercial purposes without paying additional fees.
The customer is not permitted to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or any future inventions in this area.
The customer may not use the product for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training, data set submission, or any future related technology.
